The easiest way to derive vitamin D without payment is to expose yourself to sunlight. Mornings are the best time for that. Set apart 15-30 minutes a day for this. This will be possible only if you get up early in the morning. Spend some time in the balcony or courtyard to derive sunlight. Or else, you can go for a morning walk. A morning walk, seeing the beautiful scenes from nature, will definitely refresh you for a perfect day. When you walk in the morning, you are actually getting double benefits.

Although you get vitamin D from food and drink, do not forget that its primary source is sunlight. If you find that you are vitamin D deficient, you can obtain it by consuming eggs, sea foods, cheese and vegetable oils. It is essential to consume adequate vitamin D in the contemporary scenario. Latest studies reveal that vitamin D is helpful to defend yourself from Covid 19. And we know that this pandemic has not completely disappeared from the earth. Complications in people who are vitamin D deficient are ten times more than those with enough vitamin D in their body.
